Q....I know nothing about battery packs. How do I know my battery really needs re-celling?   A....That is what we are here for. If you are not sure about your problem, call us first and we will ask you the right questions to assess your problem before you come to a conclusion. If that fails, you can send us your battery to be tested by our special equipment for a small fee of $15 (no fee if battery needs re-celling) and rest assured that we will not re-cell any batteries that we feel should still operate well for you for at least another year. We are in this business to serve you in the long run. If we do not re-cell your battery this time, we are confident that you will return to us as a valued customer when the time comes that your battery actually does need to be re-celled.
