Q....What is the warranty on your service? A....Our warranty on re-celled batteries that we repair in our shop is limited to one year for workmanship. Our warranty on the cells is pro-rated up to one year after 6 months from repair date. If the battery pack experiences problems with performance after 90 days that cannot be attributed to a "memory effect" or "unbalanced pack", they will be serviced or replaced under warranty. On equipment repairs, our warranty is 90 days.
